PRECISE TEMPERATURE CONTROL FOR INCUBATORS USED IN HOSPITALS FOR THE PRE BORN CHILD GROWTH

Model No:18:
The display unit, which is used to display the results of corresponding temperature of any, places here an incubator and to control the heater section that is interfaced to microcontroller. Here the controller continuously polls the temperature with certain regular time intervals and displays over the 7_segment display unit for the Microcontroller to enable the whole operation by executing the program. The temperature readings observed by the microcontroller through temperature sensor is compared with the switches programmed temperature value to control the heater (ON/OFF). The power supply consists of a step down transformer 230/12V, which steps down the voltage to 12V AC. This is converted to DC using a Bridge rectifier. The ripples are removed using a capacitive filter and it is then regulated to +5V using a voltage regulator 7805 which is required for the operation of the microcontroller and other components.
