OVERLOAD ALARM WARNING SYSTEM IN A PASSENGER LIFT WITH NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS INDICATION

Model no.19A:
This application keeps the database of the number of persons entering the lift as well as exiting. 555 timer driven 38 KHz signal from IR LED gets interrupted on to the IR receiver to sense the person entering as well as exiting which is fed to a 555 timer. The output of 555 timer is fed to the Microcontroller for analyzing and control purpose. The data obtained from microcontroller is given to the 7-segment display unit which displays the number of persons entering, and exiting the lift. This project includes TSOP 1738 IR sensor for detecting purpose. A relay is used to control the warning signal through its ‘NO’ contacts, it is interfaced with microcontroller through a relay driver. The power supply consists of a step down transformer 230/12V, which steps down the voltage to 12V AC. This is converted to DC using a Bridge rectifier. The ripples are removed using a capacitive filter and it is then regulated to +5V using a voltage regulator 7805 which is required for the operation of the microcontroller and other components.

TEMPERATURE WARNING SYSTEM FOR NUCLEAR PLANTS

 Model no.18A:

The display unit, which is used to display the results of corresponding temperature of a nuclear plant and to generate a warning signal in the event of rising temperature beyond limits as set. Here the controller continuously polls the temperature with certain regular time intervals and displays over the 7_segment display unit for the Microcontroller to enable the whole operation by executing the program. The temperature readings observed by the microcontroller through temperature sensor are compared with the programmed temperature value to in turn operate the relay that switches on a warning device.

PRECISE TEMPERATURE CONTROL FOR INCUBATORS USED IN HOSPITALS FOR THE PRE BORN CHILD GROWTH

Model No:18:
The display unit, which is used to display the results of corresponding temperature of any, places here an incubator and to control the heater section that is interfaced to microcontroller. Here the controller continuously polls the temperature with certain regular time intervals and displays over the 7_segment display unit for the Microcontroller to enable the whole operation by executing the program. The temperature readings observed by the microcontroller through temperature sensor is compared with the switches programmed temperature value to control the heater (ON/OFF).

TRANSFORMER TEMPERATURE MONITORING BY WIRELESS TO CONTROL ROOM

Model no.17A:

In this project, a generic real-time wireless communication system is designed and developed for temperature monitoring of a transformer to control room by applying appropriate protocol. The primary function of this system is to monitor the temperature of the transformer. The data collected by the digital temperature sensor is sent to the Microcontroller. The Microcontroller transmits the data over the air by RF (radio frequency). At the receiving end a receiver is used to receive the data and it decodes and feeds it to the Microcontroller, which is then displayed over the LCD display.

Model no.17:

In this project, a generic real-time wireless communication system is designed and developed for short and long term remote patient monitoring applying appropriate protocol. The primary function of this system is to monitor the temperature of a patient’s body. AUTOMATIC WASHING MACHINE CONTROL WITH MANUAL OVERRIDE

Model no:15A:

The main objective of the project is designing an automatic washing machine for programmable sequential switching of motors using embedded system based microcontroller concept. The development of this application requires the configuration of microcontroller architecture that is the selection of the machines, and writing debugging of the application program. In this project, the clock plays an important role, where it is used in the following mode i.e., the set mode, auto mode and manual mode for controlling different machines. In set mode, through the digital clock the machinery will run based on/off and on time where as in auto mode they will run by default settings and finally in the manual mode the real-time systems.
